Econo Buster is a lightweight (30lbs.) yet durable stand for 36"x36" and 48"x48" roll-up or rigid signs. The telescoping inner mast allows all types and sizes of signs to be mounted at various heights. The powder coated paint on the steel legs and telescoping mast resists rusting. The step-n-drop leg design enables you to set up quickly without having to bend down or stoop over (no pins to kick, push or pull). The three position locking leg design allows you to adjust for uneven terrain.

Constructed of steel plate molded into a recycled rubber base (weight 38 lbs). Two molded-in carrying handles allow for easy movement and placement of the Zephyr Portable Sign Stand.
The plastic corner pocket at the bottom of the sign allows for quick and easy mounting of sign to the Zephyr stand. Just insert the corner pocket and press down automatically locking the sign into place. To remove, simply lift the release lever.
The big rubber base (28" x 17.5") is skid-resistant and is stable enough to remain in place, even in windy conditions. Zephyr "spills the wind" without the use of bulky springs.
Easy height position. No further adjustments are necessary. No folding legs that extend out into traffic.
Low profile — the Zephyr Sign Stand takes up very little storage space in the trunk (only 4" tall when folded). Stacking lugs are molded into the base for easy storage. The verticle mast folds down and locks in place, minimizing damage during loading, transporting, and unloading.

These constant force, spring loaded webbing belts are available either as a complete portable post or as wall mounted units. They provide an attractive and effective physical barrier that is quick to set up, fully retractable, and easy to store. Tensabarrier is ideal for banks, theatres, hotels, restaurants, and hundreds of other businesses. Any number of posts can be used together to form a barrier of any required length and configuration. The 7'6" long belt simply clips onto the next post or wall receptacle.

Plasticade products offer a variety of traffic control devices. These lightweight molded hollow barricades can be internally ballasted with sand and are virtually maintenance free. These units will not damage impacting vehicles like wooden barricades, thus reducing law suits and liability exposure. The three styles Plasticade, Minicade, and Narrowcade all come in either yellow, white or orange and can be reflectorized in a variety of ways. Furthermore, if ordered in quantities of 20 or more the Plasticade and Narrowcades can be embossed (name molded in and inked) to prevent theft and improve your image. The Plasticade unit also features a new molded in handle which protects the bolt on an installed flashing light from theft. If that were not enough there are even magnetic and erasable varieties for added flexibility!

Whatever your application we have a post to fit it. Channel posts are pre-drilled one inch on center to match up exactly with our predrilled signs. The green "powder coated" channel posts last longer than average green painted posts and are offered in various sizes from 6'-13'. The "silver" galvanized posts offer the best protection again rust and the elements. All channel posts are tapered at the ends for easier installation. The 6' posts are a lightweight 1.12 lbs per foot, perfect for smaller signs or temporary applications. 8' and longer posts come standard in rugged 2 lbs per foot, ideal for permanent installations. The 2" square galvanized posts offer added flexibility for 4-way applications. Lastly, we offer galvanized 2" round or pipe posts, ideal for street signs.

Use this simple, but effective drive cap to quickly install any 2 lb channel post. Protects the top of your channel post and provides a larger hitting area for safety.

This 65" post driver allows one person to drive posts up to 12' from ground level. Can be used on channel, square, or round posts. 3 3/4" internal diameter made of hardened steel. For use with 2-3 lbs posts. Weight 38 lbs. Also available in heavy duty 45 lbs (4" I.D) and lightweight 21 lbs (2 1/2" I.D) models.

These aluminum breakaway style nuts coupled with our one way bolts are an excellent combination for deterring theft. A portion of the nut snaps off, leaving the remaining section without any area for a tool to remove.

These standard 5/16" aluminum bolts, nuts, and lock washers provide rust free protection and easy installation. Standard sizes from 1 1/2" to 2 1/2", but special requests are always welcome.

Chain link fence hardware. 3"x3" aluminum plates are perfect solution to install any sign on chain link fence. A 5/16 hole is pre drilled for your convenience.

Economical breakaway system FHWA & AASHTD approved. Posts to 4 lbs. Any size SP-80 U-channel post. 2 special bolts & spacers join base post to top post. The Lap-Splice sign post breakaway system for U-Channel posts is well suited for areas that experience repeated impact of the sign structures. Lap-Splice is a ground level
spliced system. A base post is easily driven from ground level. After the sign
panel is attached to the top post, it is then connected to the base post. Installation is
quick and easy.
