Terms & Conditions

Minimum orders

There is a minimum order of $35.00 for any custom product ordered. This includes, but is not limited to, all signs, banner, decal, or design requests. This same minimum will apply to all open charge accounts. Items purchased at below the $35.00 minimum will be billed a service fee to reach the minimum.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices subject to change without notice.
Raw material surcharges may be implemented without notice.

Payment Terms

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover are accepted.
Net 30 terms are available to approved customers who have filled out an approved credit application with Traffic Safety & Equipment Co. Inc. Past due invoices may be subject to a 11/2% monthly interest charge. Orders received form past due accounts may not be processed until account is current.

Shipping

All orders are quoted F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise noted in written quote.
Traffic Safety & Equipment Co. Inc. will ship UPS ground whenever possible. Heavy and oversized items will be shipped common carrier motor freight. Freight quotes are not guaranteed but are estimates and may differ from actual freight costs. All claims for shortages of goods or damaged shipments must be presented within 10 days of date of shipment and must contain the invoice number, and other applicable information relevant to the claim.

Returns

All stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum $35.00 which ever is greater.
Non-stock or custom items are non-returnable.
All returns must have prior approval by Traffic Safety & Equipment Co. Inc.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer's expense.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled once production has started or raw materials have been ordered.
