Fuel Transfer Tanks, Steel and Aluminum
L-Shaped transfer tank rugged, extra heavy-duty .125 treadplate aluminum construction for durability and long-term use. Model 437000 has two full center baffles for strength. 2" NPT reinforced bungs allow reversing the lockable filler cap for easy access from either side. Welded tie-down brackets for securing the tank in the truck bed.

Fuel Transfer Pumps
This industry standard DC pump dispenses up to 15 GPM (57 LPM). The pump weighs less than 27 pounds (12.2kg), with hose and nozzle, and has a draw that’s easy on the DC power source.

TC-120 Ultra Aluminum Dump Insert
The TC - 120 ULTRA has been engineered from the ground up to provide users with years of maintenance free service. The body and frame are designed and constructed entirely of aluminum and stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. TruckCraft's innovative use of aluminum alloy extrusions welded to sheet aluminum enables them to offer a pickup dump insert that is 300 - 350 lbs. lighter than comparable steel units. The result is a unit that weighs less, hauls more payload, and will be less expensive to operate and maintain.

TC-100 PRO Steel Dump Insert
The TC-100 is manufactured to the highest quality standards. It is an addition to your pickup that you will be proud to own. Every feature has been designed and built tough to serve you better. Features include a seamless floor; a heavy-duty three-way tailgate; maintenance free power operation; a bed capable of handling a full sheet of plywood; and a finish that has been etched, primed and final coated to complement any truck. The unit can be installed in your truck, by you (no welding, no cutting; only two bolts and one cable), in less than two hours.

TC-500 Heavy Duty Truck Flat
All materials are 6061-T6 extrusions with 37,000 PSI minimum tensile strength. The floor is constructed of aluminum alloy plank extrusions that provide rigid reinforcement every 5", and have a tongue-in-groove joint on top to take heavy punishment in stride.
The standard long sills are 4" high x 2 1/4" wide structural aluminum channel, with optional 6" height available for hoist, or extra heavy duty applications.
Rub rails are a custom shape providing 5 1/2" side height with extruded ribs for added strength and improved appearance. The rub rails, as well as the front and back rails, have stake pockets cut into the top. Bed corners are mitered for safety and improved appearance.
Body comes complete with flush mounting 2 1/2" grommet style clearance, marker, and I.D. FMVSS lights with wiring harness.

TC-130 D-ICER for Pickup Inserts
TruckCraft's TC-130 D-ICER is a premier spreader made entirely of aluminum and stainless steel. The "Ice Control System" is designed to fit our TC-120 Ultra Aluminum Pickup Dump Inserts and, with adapters, other models and brands of pickup dump inserts. The TC-130 is non-rusting and provides near "0" maintenance and operational costs. TruckCraft uses the highest grade of corrosion resistant aluminum available. All grade A or B - Aluminum Assoc. Standard for grades #6061 and #5052.

The triangle’s wire form support guarantees tilt compliance of 40 mph wind test. Opague container protects fluorescent color from UV deterioration. The unique Living Hinge Box, wire support, and tabs are available ONLYby Cortina. The Living Hinge box insures that the lid won’t seperate from the box. A heavier weighted base insures that triangles won’t move by wind gusts caused by passing traffic. Furthermore, it guarantees compliance to Federal Strato-Flare Warning Triangle.
